The 2004 Caregiver Friendly Award from Today's Caregiver magazine recognizes books, media, services and products with the best interest of the family caregiver in mind.

The 2003 “Best Practices” award from the Southern Gerontological Society (SGS). This prestigious award, presented yearly, recognizes the organization that has made a substantial impact on improving the quality of life of older adults in the South.

Honor Roll for the 2003 American Society of Association Executives AAA Award, honoring outstanding programs which have resulted in significant benefit to American society.

The 2002 “Silver Community Organization” award from the World Wide Web Mature Media Awards, recognizing the best senior-related Web sites for consumers and professionals, with the goal of providing a “seal of quality” for electronic older adult information.

Honorable Mention for the 2002 “Excellence in Program Innovation Award” from the Archstone Foundation, as a best practice model in the field of aging and health. Emphasis is given to those programs that have effectively linked academic theory with applied practice in the field of public health and aging.

The 2002 finalist for the Greater Richmond Technology Council's “Community Impact Award”, recognizing SeniorNavigator's commitment, through community involvement, in improving the quality of life in the Greater Richmond area.

The Governor's 2001 “Information Technology Silver Award” honoring outstanding technology achievement in the Commonwealth, for its statewide initiative addressing two major health-related needs of seniors and their families: the need for health and aging information in general, and for specific services and providers in the locality of the residence.
